Our Process
Step One - The Initial Connection
We know that hiring a professional to help with renovation and decoration is a big undertaking. We want to use our first appointment to meet you at your home and make sure we are a good fit for you and your family. At this appointment we will be diving into your vision, talking about your budget and schedule, and what you can expect from us.
Step Two - The Contract
After our initial agreement to work together, we will be faithfully moving forward in creating the home of you vision. In order to move forwards, we require that all of our clients sign a contract with us and provide us with a deposit of at least $2500 depending on the scope of the job. Once the contract is completed, we will go over and explain every detail of our design and you will also be assigned a Project Manager who will know everything your project requires for your vision to come to life.
Some of the things you can expect to happen following review or drawings and permits, a detailed estimate with full scope of work and the materials we will use, and an overall vision for the project. In the long run, a project is typically less expensive when a thorough design and the entire specification process has been completed prior to starting the job. A well-designed project is also more likely to finish on time and on budget.
Step Three - The Process
We will work to ensure that the vision we create and agree on is carried out as quickly as possible, given that quality design and furnishings often take time that is worth waiting for. Currently we are experiencing delays which, for custom upholstery and some lighting and many hand-made items with wait times being a matter of months.
Step Four - The Finished Product
We are able to manage all details of your projects from construction management to installation and moving and our service continues long after we have completed your remodeling project. We will remain only a phone call or email away, should you ever need us to answer questions about your renovation, help you with a smaller task, or assist you when you are ready to remodel another area of your home. Enjoy your transformed home and thank you for allowing us to be a part of your dream
