Selection of all stone, tile, cabinets, appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting and hardware.  The design fee includes 10 hours of design work, project management and visits to all vendors.  A 10% discount will be applied to all items purchased through Grace Kaynor Designs. Additional work will be billed at the hourly rate of $275.
