Whether you are building a new home, renovating your new home or decorating your entire house, Grace Kaynor Designs will work with you,  your architect  and your contractor to develop the perfect plan for your home.  This full-service interior design service includes 60 hours of design time and all finishes, fixture selections, appliances, hardware, cabinetry, furniture layouts, window treatments, bed linens, and all other home furnishings related to out work together.  We will visit your site, review and edit existing architectural drawings, collaborate with the architect and/or general contractor, help you source a contractor if needed, create a full design plan with all specifications, offer interior design selections including three options for every selection and help to curate  all art, antique and accessory selections.  Grace Kaynor Designs will manage the building, shipping, receiving, inspection and storage or all items.  We will project manage the timelines to ensure your purchases are installed with care by team members and our trusted vendors.  We will try to deliver on schedule and while many delays our out of our control, we will manage our vendors and provide consistent communication to our clients when timelines are adjusted. 

Additional work to be billed at an hourly rate of $275.
